Love Kids? Play Games!; Love Helping? Come Help!

Hey everybody,

As you've seen from many emails, the Gifu World Festival is next Sunday (official details to come!)
There are tons of people involved already (dancing, food, travel, art...) but we're looking for a few more.

1. We need some volunteers to run the kids games booths. We have 5 or 6 games from Bozo Bingo to glitter-glue Christmas cards that need some kid-loving volunteers to help with. We need help from 12:30 to 2:30 with the most action from 1:00 to 2:00.

2. We also simply need helping hands to setup the hall both Saturday the 8th and Sunday the 9th. Saturday is from 5:00 to 9:00. It's also the night of the bounenkai (send your RSVP in!), so we're combining the two! We'll from Ogaki station at 4:50 to walk to Ogaki castle hall for setup. Then everyone going to the bounenkai will leave together to go back for the bounenkai which starts at 7:30. We will also be doing setup Sunday morning from 9:00. The festival starts at 11:30. Helping with either or both is great.
