August Events

Woohoo!

This is a reminder to mark your calendars for the following awesome AJET August events:

Sat 4th - Nagaragawa Fireworks
Sat 18th - Sakae Tour & Beer Garden
Sat/Sun 25th/26th - Horado Welcome Camp

*The following outline details are not yet finalized, but are provided so you can plan ahead (more specific details will follow):

Fireworks - if not on the walking tour, meet at VdF at 4:00 to take the bus shortly after. After fireworks, we'll walk back into Gifu where people can continue partying at bars.

Sakae & Beer Garden - Tour starts at 3 from Nagoya station. 6:30 beer garden at Chunichi building in Sakae. 3,300yen. 50 reserved seats. Afterwards, there are numerous bars and clubs to continue partying at.

Horado Welcome Camp - bus riders will leave Gifu station promptly at 12. Car drivers can arrive in Horado from 1. We'll relax on the river and party all day. Guests can catch a bus back at various times during the day, or carpool back.

We hope to see you all at each of these events. They're excellent oppurtunities to experience Gifu culture and socialize with old and new friends. See you soon!
